Return Policy

K.A.L. Bootique will gladly accept your return for an EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT within 7 days of purchase arrival. Boots must be in as-new condition (tags, packaging intact & unworn).

We do NOT offer refunds, but we do offer store credit or exchange for an item of the same value as the original purchase.

Boots may be exchanged or store credit only if the soles are unscratched and the boots are in as-new condition.
